Finding Products

You can find products in two ways:

Search - Enter a SKU, product description, or brand name in the search bar.

Browse by Brand - Use the Browse by Brand option to explore products by manufacturer.

Adding Items to Your Cart

Adding a Single Item Quickly

From the Search Results or Brand Pages, click Add to Cart next to any product. This adds a quantity of 1.

Adding Multiple Quantities

  1. Click on the product name to open its detail page.
  2. Adjust the quantity by typing a number or using the + / − buttons. The change is applied automatically.
  3. Click Add to Cart.

Updating Quantities in Your Cart

  1. Click the Cart icon in the top navigation.
  2. Select View Cart.
  3. Adjust quantities by typing a number or using the + / − buttons. Changes are applied automatically.

Using Quick Order

Quick Order lets you add items directly by SKU – useful when you already know what you need.

This can be found from the Quick Actions dropdown in the banner or at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

Note: SKUs are case-sensitive. Enter them exactly as they appear (e.g., AB-1234, not ab-1234).

Option A: Enter SKUs manually

  1. Click Quick Actions in the top navigation.
  2. Select Quick Order.
  3. Enter a SKU and quantity.
  4. Click Add to Cart.

Option B: Upload a CSV file

  1. Prepare a CSV file with your SKUs and quantities – a sample is available to download online
  2. In Quick Order, select Upload CSV File.
  3. Choose your file and click Add to Cart.

Order Templates

Order templates let you create lists of products for quick price checks/quoting/ordering later.

To add new or edit existing Order Templates, go to a Product Page and select “Add to Order Template.” Create a new or select an existing Order Template to update, then click “Add to Order Template” to save changes.

Or from your Shopping Cart, select “Create Order Template” to create a new template with all listed items

View all order templates from My Account > Purchases > Order Templates.

Submitting a Quote

Quote functionality is still in progress. We do not recommend using it at this time.

Once quotes are fully available, here is how the process will work:

  1. Build your quote by adding items.
  2. Submit the quote. Its status must show "Submitted" before our team can review it. (A status of "New" means it has not been sent yet.)
  3. Our Customer Support team will review and respond within approximately 1–2 business days. You will not receive an email notification at this time.
  4. Once approved, the quote status will change to "Responded." You can then add the items directly to your cart. No signature is required.

To check the status of a quote: go to My Account > Purchases > Quoting.
